The Waldorf Champagne Brunch
A New York institution, the Waldorf Brunch is presented in Peacock Alley and focuses on seasonal and local ingredients incorporating honey and vegetables from the hotel’s 20th floor rooftop garden. The brunch pays homage to famed dishes invented by the iconic hotel, such Eggs Benedict, Waldorf Salad and Red Velvet Cake.
The Brunch is served every Sunday from 9:30 am until 2:30 pm (final seating). Guests are seated in Peacock Alley Restaurant and Private Dining Room.
Sunday Brunch at Peacock Alley will resume on September 4, 2016.
